  2. Names and descriptions of all pets who will live with you.
  3. What do each of you do for work, where, and what are your hours?
  4. If you can be called at work, what is your work phone number?
  5. What, if any, vehicle will you be driving while living here? Color, make, model, and what State is your vehicle registered in?
  6. References: Who can we call to ask about your housekeeping habits, your creditworthiness, and in case of emergency?  (three names, telephone numbers, and their relationship to you).
  7. Why are you interested in and what resources do you bring to a community interested in personal development, mutual support, health and planet-friendly living?
